Job Description: We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that enhance our brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
* Digital Strategy Development
o Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the fragrance e‑commerce space.
o Define target audiences and create customer personas to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
* Content Marketing
o Create and oversee the production of high‑quality content, including blog posts, product descriptions, videos, and social media posts.
o Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across all digital channels.
o Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and engaging marketing materials.
* Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
o Optimize website content, product pages, and blog posts to improve organic search rankings.
o Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
o Monitor and analyze SEO performance, making data‑driven adjustments as needed.
* Pay‑Per‑Click (PPC) Advertising
o Manage and optimise PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
o Allocate budgets effectively to maximise ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
o Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to enhance results.
* Email Marketing
o Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
o Segment email lists to deliver personalised and relevant content to different audience groups.
o Analyse email campaign metrics and optimise for higher open rates, click‑through rates, and conversions.
* Social Media Management
o Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
o Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
o Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that resonates with our audience.
o Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay current and competitive.
* Analytics and Reporting
o Utilise analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, SEMrush) to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
o Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
o Use data to inform and refine marketing strategies for continuous improvement.
* Collaboration and Coordination
o Work closely with the e‑commerce, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
o Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and partners to amplify marketing initiatives.
o Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
