The Role

We’re looking for a marketing rebel with commercial edge.

As UK & Ireland Brand Manager, you’ll own the brand strategy end-to-end, driving awareness, relevance, and footfall. Reporting into the UK & Ireland Marketing Director, you’ll work in a flat, entrepreneurial environment with real exposure to senior leaders and global teams.

This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll think strategically, act commercially, and execute brilliantly.


What You’ll Do

* Own and deliver the UK & Ireland brand strategy, driving growth, relevance, and sales
* Lead national brand campaigns from idea to execution, across ATL, BTL, digital, and in‑restaurant
* Manage creative agencies and partners across TV, POS, social, and digital
* Build and execute a strong social and digital strategy to connect with our audience
* Lead cross‑functional squads across finance, operations, food innovation, and franchise partners
* Develop new store opening and local marketing plans
* Drive revenue through core activations, LTOs, and value platforms
* Bring global best practices to local execution and scale what works


Who You Are

* 5+ years’ experience in brand or marketing roles (FMCG, QSR, retail, or food preferred)
* Proven experience building big brands with commercial impact
* Strong influencer and relationship‑builder across cross‑functional and external partners
* Confident managing agencies, budgets, timelines, and complex stakeholders
* Data‑driven, but creatively bold
* Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑growth, start‑up‑style environments
* Strategic thinker who can roll up sleeves and execute
* Restaurant, retail, or franchise experience is a strong advantage
