Internal Audit Manager - Transformation & Change - Salary circa £75,000

A bit about the job:
You'll join Aviva's Internal Audit team, working within the Transformation, Customer and Sustainability area. Our purpose is to provide assurance over the Group's change and transformation efforts, ensuring Aviva can safely deliver its strategic goals. You'll plan and execute audits, assess risks and controls, and make recommendations that drive improvement. This role is all about influencing, collaborating, and helping Aviva deliver for customers and communities.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
* Experience in auditing large scale transformation programmes, ideally also having worked as part of a programme team within financial services.
* Detailed knowledge of programme life cycles, especially agile delivery.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
* Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment.

* Salary circa £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
