Responsibilities
1. Establish and build relationships with clients and providers.
2. Manage individual workflow tasks.
3. Upload fact find information and client data to the client management system (Intelliflo).
4. Update client fees and monitor consultant remuneration/ Cash Balance Monitoring.
5. Obtain policy information and valuations for meeting prep/annual reviews.
6. Process all new business and client correspondence, through topletion.
7. Managing and dealing with daily post as directed.
8. Meet deadlines set (internally & externally).
9. Assist with the overflow of work in other areas.
10. Register and utilise appropriate extranet/websites and other forms of e-business.
11. Operate within thepliance and corporate standards of the business.
12. Consistently implement and review processes.
13. Undertake appropriate professional development and training.
14. Keep up to date with all relevant product, legislative or technical changes.
External and Internalmunications:
15. Build and maintain strong working relationships with employees and line managers
Key Skills & Experience
Essential:
16. 2+ year experience in an IFA environment.
17. Previous experience processing business.
18. Interpersonal - team working andmunicating with clients.
19. Proactive, willing to continue to develop, enthusiastic.
20. Highly organised, methodical, disciplined and meticulous.
21. Good organisational, time management skills and effective workload management.
22. Ability to prioritise and deal with pressure.
Desirable:
23. Knowledge of platform providers Aberdeen Wrap, Aviva Platform, AJ Bell, Royal London.
24. Knowledge of DFMs, Brewin Dolphin, Rathbones, Charles Stanley.
25. Knowledge of Investment products DFMs, model portfolios, Structured notes, ISAs, EISs and VCTs.
26. Knowledge of personal and group pensions, SIPPs and SSASs.
27. Understanding ofpliance processes and issues.
