Altium Legal is in an exciting high-growth phase, and we’re expanding our commercial team with ambitious Sales Account Managers and Business Development Managers who are hungry for results and thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-led sales environment.
This role blends relationship management with new business generation. You’ll nurture and grow accounts, reactivate dormant ones, and open new doors that bring in fresh introducers from referrals created by great service. If you love creating your own success, owning a region, and driving measurable results, this is the place to do it.
We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates based in the Midlands and South West & Wales but we welcome conversations UK-wide as we scale into 2026.
What You'll Do
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers to increase engagement and referral volume.
• Drive growth from existing accounts — more activity, more engagement, more referrals.
• Reactivate dormant accounts through proactive outreach, insight, and value-led conversations.
• Generate your own leads and secure introductions to new partners both online and face-to-face.
• Regularly check in with partners to understand goals, remove obstacles, and help them succeed.
• Identify performance trends and opportunities to deepen loyalty and maximise partner output.
• Use HubSpot to track activity, pipeline, and account performance with strong organisation and follow-through.
• Represent Altium at industry events, networking opportunities, exhibitions, and awards evenings.
What We're Looking For
• Strong B2B sales or account management experience - ideally within property, conveyancing, proptech, or financial services.
• A natural relationship builder with a competitive edge and a hunger for results.
• Someone who thrives on autonomy, owns their pipeline, and generates opportunities daily.
• A proactive communicator with outstanding follow-up discipline and commercial awareness.
• HubSpot or CRM experience.
• Conveyancing knowledge helpful but not essential - full training provided.
