Job Description On-Farm Sales Representative - Field based in the Midland Region of Ireland Are you passionate about farming and looking to take a step into a commercial career? We’re looking for a driven On-Farm Sales Representative to join a forward thinking and high-performing team of dairy specialist. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue opportunities to generate revenue and expand the customer base within a designated territory Follow structured routes and plans to effectively cover the assigned region Drive growth of aftermarket product sales within the region Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers Meet or exceed established sales targets and budget objectives Offer technical support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, acting as a brand ambassador at all times Key Qualifications: Previous experience within the agricultural industry either personally or professionally Based in Midlands Region of Ireland, with a full, clean Irish driving licence A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong desire to succeed in sales Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Ability to build strong relationships with clients Comfortable being based on the road 5 days a week Package & Benefits: Competitive base salary of up to €50,000 (depending on experience) Performance based bonus Company vehicle and fuel card Pension plan 20 days holiday plus Bank holidays (increasing with length of service) Continuous professional development If you’re ready to grow your career with a company that understands and supports the agricultural community, I'd love to hear from you.
