Our respected housing authority client is seeking an organised, customer-focused individual to join their team as a Admin Scheduler
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for tenants reporting repairs. You'll triage enquiries, raise work orders, and coordinate appointments to ensure repairs are carried out quickly and efficiently. You'll also track progress, update records, and communicate with both internal teams and external contractors to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to maintenance enquiries and diagnose repair needs.
Create and manage work orders, scheduling appointments to suit customers and business needs.
Monitor repair progress, follow up on delays, and ensure timely resolution.
Liaise with colleagues and partners to support smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate records using internal IT systems.
Contribute to team goals and meet performance standards.

This onsite role based in Newtonabbey requiring an urgent start. The role is projected to last until 31/12/2025 and is paying £13.26 per hour.
The hours of work are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday.
