Executive Assistant to help support their CEO and Executive Management team Public Sector/Housing Executive Assistant Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 Homeworking - 3/2 Split Generous Benefit Package Role purpose To provide comprehensive and high quality administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Management Team as necessary - (CEO / 3 Directors) To provide governance support to the Group Board and Remuneration and Appraisal Committee. Key Accountabilities To provide a comprehensive secretarial service to the Executive Management Team including dealing effectively with visitors, telephone calls, mail and e-mail, diary management, travel, catering and meeting arrangements, filing and follow up systems. To deal with issues arising either on own initiative or on general instruction from the Chief Executive. To liaise with all levels of staff within the Group to collect information as required, including sensitive information, on behalf of the Executive Management Team. To be responsible for the maintenance of strictest confidentiality at all times in relation to the work of the Executive Management Team. To manage the office systems including petty cash and Company Credit Card, with authority to purchase and authorise expenditure, within agreed limits. To maintain management information systems as required facilitating the gathering of both internal and external information relevant to the work of the Executive Management Team. To work flexibly to provide cover for other administrative staff as required. To take minutes at meetings as required, typing and distributing them, assisting in the organisation of meetings and events, including booking venues and assisting with promotion, equipment and refreshments.
