Do you have the patience, dedication, and empathy to make a real difference in a child's educational journey outside of the traditional classroom?We are seeking compassionate and experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to provide 1:1 support to students in Wolverhampton who are currently not in mainstream school settings. These students have a range of additional needs including SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD, and behavioural needs. ?? Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality 1:1 educational and emotional support to students in non-mainstream settings (e.g. home, community venues, alternative provisions).Interpret and implement EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) to ensure learning and support is tailored to each student's individual needs.Plan and deliver bespoke, engaging lessons appropriate to the learner's ability, interests, and educational targets.Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation through nurturing and consistent approaches.Work collaboratively with parents/carers, external professionals, schools, and SENCOs to ensure a joined-up approach to support.Track progress and contribute to regular reporting on each student's development and engagement.??
