Are you passionate about supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Our client, a welcoming and dedicated all-through SEMH school in Salisbury, is seeking full-time Teaching Assistants to join their team immediately.
Role
* Support pupils across both primary and secondary phases.
* Work alongside teachers to provide tailored academic and emotional support.
* Help foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
* Assist with behaviour management and encourage positive social interactions.
Requirements
* Experience working with children or young people, ideally within SEMH or SEN settings.
* A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A genuine commitment to supporting and empowering vulnerable learners.
