A busy and growing architectural project management practice is looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their Bermondsey-based team. They seek an intelligent, proactive, and highly detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong experience in Xero, who is also willing to undertake the role of Office Manager.
The Role:
This position involves supporting the studio with both finance and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records using Xero, handling invoices and expenses, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of the studio by overseeing supplies, coordinating events, managing post and couriers, and ensuring guests and team members have what they need.
Must Haves:
* At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or relevant qualification with practical exposure
* Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
* Highly organized with strong communication skills
* Calm, efficient, and confident in managing competing priorities
