About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing hotel group based in London, established five years ago and already operating a successful portfolio of three hotels, with a fourth property due to launch soon. Known for their modern approach and commitment to quality, the company is now looking to appoint a Finance Manager to support their continued expansion. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of a thriving hospitality business.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
3. Oversee day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, VAT submissions, and general ledger management.
4. Prepare monthly management accounts, conduct variance analysis, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
5. Monitor expenses, manage inventory, and provide financial insights to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
6. Work closely with hotel managers to ensure alignment between financial processes and business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For:
7. Solid finance experience within the hotel or hospitality industry is essential.
8. Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
9. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
10. Professional qualifications (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) are desirable but not essential.
11. Full-Driving License and access to a car
