What You'll Do
* Take charge of the kitchen when the Head Chef is off or focused elsewhere → leading the team and keeping service smooth and professional.
* Keep standards high → consistency, quality, hygiene, and efficiency are non-negotiable.
* Be a creative driver → contribute fresh ideas and help shape the future of our menu and daily specials.
* Support and mentor junior chefs so the whole team grows stronger together.
* Work closely with the Head Chef to make sure Rustic Cup keeps levelling up as we grow busier.
Who We're Looking For
* An experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous ready to step up or an existing Sous Chef looking for more creative freedom.
* Calm under pressure, consistent on the line, and confident leading service.
* A responsible, ambitious chef who takes pride in their craft and wants to grow with us.
