About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, following pre-prepared lesson plans
* Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task during teacher absence
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Build positive relationships with students and staff
* Collect completed work and provide feedback to teaching staff
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

About You
* Confident, organised, and adaptable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage and motivate students across different subjects
* Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential
* A degree or strong academic background is advantageous

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
