The Role
You will be responsible for managing a 360 desk on senior level appointments, developing new and existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Full autonomy, in a supportive, grown up environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and growing a self-run recruitment desk
* Developing long-term client relationships
* Business development and sales activity
* End-to-end recruitment delivery (360)
* Working closely with a high-performing team
About You
* Minimum of 18 months’- 2 years experience in 360 recruitment
* Recruitment background within professional services (real estate, banking, financial services, finance, legal, or similar)
* Confident, client-facing communicator
* Team player with a commercial mindset
