Rank - Substantive Constable with PIP2 qualification
As a serving Police Officer, you will transfer on your existing pay point, which will be between £29,907 - £48,231 per annum. The South East Allowance payment of £2,000 per annum will also apply.
Intake Dates: October and December 2025
Transfer to Hampshire and the Isle of Wight Constabulary and receive a payment of up to £8,000.

Transferee process includes a 5-day Induction Course followed by placement at your chosen location to start serving the community.
Essential Experience and Qualifications include:
* Current status as a police officer from a Home Office Force with no performance or conduct concerns,
* PIP2 accreditation (evidence required),
* Completion of two-year probation and Policing Diploma or equivalent,
* Appropriate qualifications for your rank.
Applicants must also satisfy pre-employment checks, including medical, vetting, fitness tests, and attend a 1-2 week transferee course. Upon acceptance, your current force will be contacted regarding pension, salary, service, and training details.
Required documentation includes last 2 PDRs, PIP2 certificate, and evidence of promotion qualifications uploaded before submitting your application.
