Senior Health Care Assistant Darlington £14.00 - £15.00 per hour We are currently looking to recruit experienced Senior Healthcare Assistants to work across Teesside as part of our established healthcare agency. The Person: The following experience and characteristics are considered essential to the role: * NVQ Level 3 is essential * Experienced and confident in medication administration * Experience working within a care home environment as a Senior care assistant is essential * Possess good manners and a flexible approach * Ability to communicate effectively * Ability to be patient & keep calm under pressure * Easily adaptable to new environments * Reliable & trustworthy * Access to your own transport is desirable, however this is not essential * Flexible to work within multiple environments on a weekly basis dependent on the requirements of our clients.
