The Role Overview
The Engagement Administrator provides comprehensive administrative, organisational, and communication support to the Business Development Manager and wider team. This role ensures effective relationship management, accurate data handling, timely reporting, and smooth coordination of engagement activities with referrers, partners, and internal stakeholders. The postholder plays a key role in enabling growth, maintaining contractual compliance, and enhancing the organisation's professional brand.

What skills and experience do I need?

* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Experience supporting managers or teams in a busy, multitasking environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
* Competent in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive, Teams).
* Professional, proactive, and reliable.
* Confident communicator
