The Opportunity: Finance Business Partner

The Impact you will have:
Provide financial insight into E&W Engineering Services performance, identify trends and challenge costs
Review and analyse P&L, balance sheet and KPIs to improve financial and operational outcomes
Act as a link between core finance and business units
Develop automated reporting and analysis tools (e.g. PowerBI)
Champion continuous improvement initiatives
Lead/support ad-hoc key business projects
Support E&W Business Partnering Manager and Senior Business Partner
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure financial understanding
Deliver commercial insight to challenge and improve business performance
Identify opportunities and risks to enhance financial results
Provide financial support for strategic projects
Improve and automate reporting processes
Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
Drive continuous improvement in pricing, planning, and reporting
Participate in monthly review meetings
Provide additional commercial support as needed
What will help you to excel in this role:
Accounting qualification such as CIMA/ACCA or QBE (minimum 3 years)
Extensive experience working in finance department(s)
Be able to discuss financial accounts with non-financial personnel
Demonstrable knowledge of Financial Modelling
Experience working with tools assisting business analytics (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, SQL)
Presentation skills to all levels of organization
