The main responsibilities of the role will be to support our Housekeeping Manager in managing all day-to-day housekeeping operations and assist in supervising our team of housekeepers to ensure all our bedrooms and public areas are cleaned to our high standards. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a friendly and approachable personality, with a focus on delivering excellent guest service. You must have a good attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines. You will have experience within a housekeeping role, with experience of supervising a team. You must have strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively listen and respond to team members and guests and be able to work on your own initiative.
