We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level support to the CEO, CFO, and wider leadership team for a top creative business during a maternity leave cover. This role sits at the heart of the organisation, requiring strong organisational skills, adaptability, and a calm, confident presence. Key Responsibilities Provide executive support to the CEO and CFO, including complex diary and inbox management Organise leadership meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes Coordinate travel, accommodation, expenses, and confidential communications Support the planning and execution of company-wide meetings and town halls Manage logistics for internal and external engagements About You Experienced in supporting C-Suite executives or senior leaders in a fast-paced environment Highly organised, resilient, and detail-focused Able to manage shifting priorities with discretion and professionalism A confident communicator who works well independently and collaboratively Calm under pressure, with a flexible, can-do approach and excellent problem-solving skills Experience in a creative industry would definitely be beneficial for this role
