What is the role?
This service is home to two fun-loving, creative ladies with learning and physical disabilities. As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing their independence, supporting their daily activities, and bringing joy to their lives.
1-to-1 support – build meaningful relationships and see the impact of your care
Help develop life skills and support independence
Plan fun outings like trips to the beach, cinema, and more!

Your Role Will Include
Supporting individuals with their unique needs
Providing emotional support and companionship
Assisting with personal care, manual handling, and medication administration
Helping with household tasks and administrative duties
Being a staff advocate for non-verbal individuals
Bringing fresh ideas and innovative ways of working
Communicating with family members and external professionals
What skills and experience do you need?
While experience working with individuals with physical or mental health needs is beneficial, it’s not essential – we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support from our senior staff and management.

* An hourly rate of £12.75 making the annual salary £ 24,531 (FTE)
* Wakeful night rate £12.15 + 20%
