MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation based in Antrim to recruit a Revenue Protection Assistant on a full-time, temporary basis with the potential of extension.
The Company

The Role
Reporting to the Billing Manager, this role will involve:
* Supporting the billing function by identifying and monitoring revenue at risk
* Investigating and processing billing discrepancies
* Carrying out data analysis and calculations using spreadsheets
* Liaising with customers regarding payment queries, plans, and escalations
The Person
The successful candidate will have:
* A degree in accountancy & finance or similar is advantageous
* Strong communication skills with confidence handling customer queries
* Good attention to detail
* Experience using Excel (including simple formulas)
