Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Warrington Office, Home working and onsite

Salary: £35k –£45k Based on candidate suitability
Summary
Due to continued growth and an expanding client roster, we have the opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to join our Events Team. We are looking for the right candidate to support the technical delivery and production management of our exciting and varied calendar of events.
The successful applicant will have extensive experience in delivering flawless event production solutions for corporate clients, they will have a good understanding of the latest Live event Technologies and above all else, be customer focused and willing to go the extra mile for our clients.
Working closely with the wider events team, they will be at home in both a professional office environment and onsite at venues around the country, overseeing event set up and delivery. Confidence in people and supplier management is key to this role.
We are looking for a pro-active candidate who is willing to grow within the business and play an active role in future company expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working as part of the events team to deliver corporate events of varying sizes
* Supporting the business to maintain and develop key client relationships
* Management of client accounts
* Project Quoting and Budget management
* Booking and management of technical crew & resource
* Technical planning
* Preparation and management of health & safety documents and procedures
* Equipment specification and booking with resource management software
* On site work at venues across the UK with the possibility of international projects
* Managing regular onsite delivery with a hands-on, positive attitude
* Developing creative ideas and designs for client events
* Assistance of other departments and other duties to meet the needs of the business
Essential attributes:
* A minimum of 3 years professional experience in Live events
* Excellent understanding of technical event delivery
* An ability to communicate solutions in a client friendly way
* Confident and professional manner
* Experience delivering a variety of corporate events
* Highly organised and proactive with the ability to multi-task
* Highly motivated and comfortable in high pressure environments
* Customer focused with commercial awareness
* Comfortable attending meetings and site visits
* An eye for detail and high standards
* Experience with 2D CAD drawing Software
* Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge and basic skills in graphics software and design
* 3D Modelling and Set Design
* Hands on experience delivering Hybrid and Virtual Events
Working Hours
The ideal candidate will be aware that the nature of this role isn't always '9 to 5'. Due to the nature of the industry, we will require a level of flexibility in terms of your working week. Typical working hours would be 8.30am-17.00pm and work outside these hours would be dictated by project requirements and the needs of the business. We work hard to maintain a healthy Work/Life Balance.
Location
We have a flexible approach to remote working. You will be trusted to manage your location dependent on client/project requirements, shared calendars, meetings and the needs of the wider business.
