What you will be doing
* Work with the Early Careers & Talent Acquisition Team to implement Airbus' 2026/2027 strategic projects in the UK.
* Contribute to recruitment for both early careers programs and experienced hires.
* Learn how global projects are structured and deployed at a national level, including processes, tools, and change management aspects.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition partners to learn candidate relationship management, sourcing, and assessment.
* Support inclusion and diversity goals and contribute to the UK employment marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
* Assist with talent acquisition activities and project delivery within the UK.
* Engage with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate effective recruitment processes.
Requirements
* Open to Undergraduates only; must remain an undergraduate for the duration of the placement. Please indicate your graduation date on your application.

Successful candidates will typically demonstrate
* Studying towards a degree in Business, Social Science, or equivalent.
* Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and see them through to completion.
* Ability to digest information from data to strategy documents and extract relevant messages.
* Awareness of talent acquisition, talent attraction, project or change management.
* Strong listening, questioning, and adaptability to people around you.
* Willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment.
Security clearance
You will be subject to a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check. Depending on the role, UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control may be required.
