What they expect from you: To have an understanding of void properties and experience with residential adaptations for minor works and adaptations. To be responsible for your own workload and organise your site visits schedule. To work with their teams involved, which includes – Lettings, Voids, Repairs and Investment team. To get familiar with the councils IT systems, other teams, contractors and types of works they are involved with.
