Production opportunities are available at the Bamber Bridge site for reliable, motivated team players. This is a hands-on role within a supportive production environment, helping to manufacture high-quality carpet tiles for UK and international customers.
Full training is provided, along with clear progression through an internal Production Technician grading structure. The business actively supports development and long-term career growth.
What we need from you:
A minimum of 2 years working in a manufacturing or production environment
Be self-motivated, you excel at delivering quality performance
You enjoy engaging and working with others and can demonstrate excellent team working capability
Have a passion for meeting customer expectations
Possess great attention to detail and can follow process
Have a positive attitude and resilience to overcome challenges and think laterally
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of Health and Safety within a manufacturing/production environment
What this role involves:
Ensure the safe, efficient, and effective operation of plant and equipment used in the production of specialist flooring products
Work collaboratively supporting colleagues and technical staff in the completion of process and quality records
Contribute to problem solving activities associated with operational problems ensuring plant availability and production targets are met or exceeded.
Salary: £25,397 per year + shift allowance. Typical earnings between £28,700 £30,400 per year, depending on shift pattern.
Hours: Working 40 hours per week on 2 rotating shifts - Early - 6am 2pm Monday Friday and Lates - 2pm 12 midnight Monday Thurs day.
