This niche insurer is experiencing significant growth and is seeking to appoint a Risk & Compliance Director (SMF4, SMF16 & SMF17).
We are interested in speaking to experienced professionals already operating at this level or those looking to step into their first SMF role.
The company offers a fully remote working model, allowing you to work from home full-time.
Leading a small team of 5, you will develop and lead the firm’s Risk and Compliance strategy in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
You will ensure the risk framework and compliance monitoring plan support business growth and innovation while maintaining safeguards.
You will provide clear, independent reports to the Board, Risk & Compliance Committee, Audit Committee, and other stakeholders.
Ideal candidates will be experienced Risk and/or Compliance leaders from the Insurance sector, commercially driven, with a proven track record of adding value through a holistic, long-term approach.
You should have a strong knowledge of FCA, PRA, and Data Protection requirements and experience managing Enterprise Risk frameworks and compliance oversight in a fast-paced environment.
