To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Junior Product Manager to come and join our team at our Leicester head office, Ibstock LE67 6HS Specific responsibilities include: Support the ongoing implementation, configuration and optimisation of the Pimberly PIM platform. Own day-to-day PIM system administration, including product data modelling, taxonomy development, attribute management and workflow configuration. Collaborate with Product Category Owners to structure product hierarchies and attribute sets aligned to commercial and technical requirements. Ensure data accuracy, completeness and governance across product portfolios. Define and manage data standards, validation rules and quality controls. Work closely with IT to integrate PIM with ERP, website, DAM and other business systems. Support product launches by ensuring accurate and timely product data setup. Assist in developing digital product assets (technical datasheets, imagery, certifications, EPD documentation, etc.) in collaboration with Marketing, Product Management and Technical colleagues. Support procurement data requirements relating to supplier-sourced product information. Monitor and report on PIM performance metrics and data completeness KPIs. Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on PIM processes and best practices. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in product data management processes. Support change management activities related to digital product data transformation. Essential Qualifications & Experience: Experience supporting or implementing a Product Information Management (PIM) system. Experience working with Pimberly (preferred platform) or similar enterprise PIM solutions. Understanding of product data modelling, taxonomy design and attribute structures. Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Marketing and Commercial teams. Strong data governance and data quality management capability. Proficient in Excel and data manipulation. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a structured manner. Strong communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. Understanding of digital product content requirements (web, technical documentation, certifications). Desirable Experience within the construction, building materials or manufacturing sector. Understanding of ERP integration and system architecture. Knowledge of sustainability product documentation (EPDs, BES 6001, CPR compliance). Experience supporting digital transformation programmes.
