Offer description

You are someone with clinical theatre experience within the NHS or OEM market. The opportunity to sell and support the roll out of a top-class Orthopaedic and Spinal portfolio is of great interest to you. Does this sound like you? If so, this Clinical Educator position could be your perfect next career move.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

From their products to their approach to hiring, this company put people first. Properly human-centric, their portfolio ranges from infusion devices to surgical instruments and more. The thing that connects them? Over a century of caring about the health of people around the world and a passion for making medical tech smarter and better.

And as for working there?

Well, they’ve covered all bases when it comes to benefits. From the big stuff, like life assurance, healthcare coverage (including private medical and an EAP scheme) and a generous pension scheme, to the ‘nice-to-haves’ like enhanced annual leave and a swanky EV/hybrid company car, their benefits package is designed to make your work and home life better.

Plus, if career development is what you’re into, they’re well known for supporting their people to develop their knowledge and skills through a personalised development plan. Plenty of room to grow here!

What will your day to day look like?

This job will have you out in the field providing technical support to key accounts in the region, building trust in the business relationship. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing demand for a top-class Orthopaedic and Spinal product portfolio

• Attending industry events, being a trusted voice for the brand

• Keeping CRM records up to date

• Maintaining a technical involvement with Surgeons across the region, ensuring you are well informed in the market

• Identifying KOL’s and building a strong relationship with them

• Providing first-class customer service to all clients

• Anticipating future trends in the industry based on market research

This role will suit you if you…

• Have previous experience within a theatre-based role, either clinically or through sales

• You can demonstrate commercial acumen through mindset or experience

• Have an existing understanding of the competitive landscape

• Can demonstrate the ability to work autonomously to achieve sales objectives

• Are an excellent communicator, with presentation and product demonstration skills to match

• Have a full, clean UK driving license and are happy travelling throughout the territory on a regular basis
