What youll do:
* Lead and motivate the front:of:house team with a visible floor presence
* Oversee the food and drinks service in this stunning community site
* Drive performance through training, coaching, and team incentives
* Manage bookings, budgets, forecasting, and labour control
* Deliver unforgettable guest experiences every day
What were looking for:
* Strong leadership with proven bar/restaurant management experience
* Someone who loves craft beer
* Rooms experience is preferred
* Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
* A natural people:person who thrives in busy, dynamic environments
