Your Responsibilities:
1. Project Delivery: Take charge of managing ecological projects from planning through to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
2. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior ecologists, sharing your expertise and fostering their development.
3. Ecological Surveys: Conduct detailed field surveys, assessments, and habitat evaluations with precision and accuracy.
4. Technical Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports, including Ecological Impact Assessments and Biodiversity Net Gain analyses.
5. Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert ecological insight throughout their projects.

What You'll Bring:
