Job Description Job Title: Installations Manager Location: Wembley, London Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 Company Vehicle About the Company We are a well-established glazing business specialising in the supply and installation of high-quality uPVC and aluminium windows and doors. Serving both trade customers and domestic clients, we work with leading profile systems such as Linear and Smart’s to deliver reliable products and a high standard of installation. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Installations Manager to oversee and coordinate all installation activities. You will be responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, and maintaining high standards from initial survey through to final completion. Key Responsibilities Project & Installation Management • Oversee all installations from survey stage through to completion • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard • Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the installation process • Carry out site visits to monitor progress and quality • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently • Ensure all installations meet company and industry standards Team Management • Manage and coordinate three installation teams • Provide leadership, support, and day-to-day direction • Monitor performance and ensure quality workmanship • Conduct regular site inspections and team reviews • Ensure all teams comply with health & safety regulations Operational Duties • Plan and schedule installation works effectively • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure materials are available on time • Manage installation diaries and allocate resources efficiently • Maintain accurate records of projects, progress, and completion • Monitor project costs and ensure profitability • Handle customer queries, issues, and aftercare through to resolution Key Requirements • Proven experience within the glazing industry (essential) • Strong knowledge of uPVC and aluminium systems (Linear and Smart’s preferred) • Previous experience managing installation teams or subcontractors • Strong understanding of installation processes from survey to completion • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical/site issues • Strong leadership and people management ability • Full UK driving licence Personal Attributes • Confident and professional communicator • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills • Hands-on and proactive approach • High attention to detail and quality standards • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects What We Offer • Salary £40,000 – £45,000 • Company vehicle provided • Long-term opportunity within a stable and growing business • Supportive working environment
