We have an excellent opportunity for a Principally Appointed Person to join our VolkerFitzpatrick business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe planning, coordination, and execution of all lifting and hoisting activities across sites. This includes ensuring lifting operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and project specifications. The role oversees crane operations, lifting teams, equipment inspections, and risk management for all heavy lifting activities on civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
The Role
* Is a Multi Site-based role, often in challenging outdoor environments.
* May involve shift work, weekend work, or extended hours depending on project schedule.
* Will involved travel between multiple project sites.
* Is physically demanding and in high-risk environments.
