KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store • Find out the specific needs of each person that enters the store by using open questions • Maintain the feedback loop to designers and buyers by recording and returning customer comments to Store Management • Timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise • Be proactive in loss prevention by keeping the stockroom well organized and maintaining proper procedures • Re-merchandise displays, point of sale, and select areas of the store regularly so as to maximize product sell through • Demonstrate great till operations, cash handling, banking and associated administration • Deputise For the Store Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence • Inform shop managers of any issues or noncompliance regarding all policies and procedures • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Management THE PERSON • Available to work store schedule • Retail experience necessary • Great communication skills • Positive, enthusiastic approach to the Fred Perry Brand BENEFITS We are proud to offer a wide range of benefits to all our staff and continue to reassess what our community needs from us to thrive.
