Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and flexible Primary School Teacher. You will work alongside other teachers and teaching assistants to ensure a positive learning environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, track, and report on student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
* Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all students, including those with special educational needs (SEN) or English as an additional language (EAL).
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging students to achieve their full potential.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, resources, and strategies.
* Promote the school’s ethos, policies, and values both inside and outside the classroom.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience teaching at primary school level (Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2).
* Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their potential.
* Experience with SEN or EAL students is desirable but not essential.
* References for the previous 24 months of employment.
* Have a Enhanced Child DBS and be on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
