Position: Residential Support Worker
Location: Hernebay
Salary: £30,160 per annum (£12.50 per hour, including 2 sleep shifts per week, £40 per sleep)
We offer funding for your NVQ Level 3 in childcare.
Purpose of the Role:
A Support Worker will deliver high standards of care, protection, and support to children and young people, facilitating their development in line with individual care plans.

Essential Requirements:
* Hold or be willing to achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care with Children and Young People.
* Willing to work shifts including early, late, night, and sleepovers.
* Over 21 years of age.
Desirable Requirements:
* Two years experience in a children's home.
* Full UK driving license.
