* Business DevelopmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Negotiate high-value contracts and long-term agreements. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
* Sales Operations & ReportingOversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management. Implement efficient sales processes and ensure CRM systems are up-to-date. Report regularly to senior management on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
