Overview
We are recruiting for the role of Transactional Services Officer in our Associates and CSSU Team covering the Coventry area. There is one permanent position and one secondment until 31/09/2026. We trust and empower colleagues to work in a hybrid way, providing the resources, equipment, and support, so that individually and collectively, we can be the voice of children and young people when the family court makes critical decisions about their futures. The role is part of a team based from our office at the National Business Centre in Coventry, with a mix of working from home and in the office; you will need to travel into the office on certain days.

As an Transactional Services Officer, you will provide a strong supportive backbone to the organisation by delivering highly effective and efficient transactional services which facilitate innovation and transform inputs into high-quality outputs to equip front-line staff with the resources to champion the best interests of children involved in family proceedings.
Responsibilities
* Allocating cases to self-employer Associates Family Court Advisers
* Raising contracts for Associates Family Court Advisers
* Completing all administrative tasks and updating records as required
* Sending costs approvals to Service Managers
* Sending cases for closures to Service Managers and the local team
* Recording entries on spreadsheets as appropriate
* Supporting effective service delivery by dealing with Associates enquiries by telephone and email
* Completing planning together referrals for parents
* Completing attendance and non-attendance tasks as required
* Processing DNA requests

* Ability to multitask and handle highly demanding situations
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft
* Excellent time keeping
