We're looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at our new Co-op On The Go on Bridge Street in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role offers an opportunity to be part of an innovative retail concept focusing on food-to-go and delivery services through our partners. It's a fresh take on convenience retail, providing something different from our traditional Co-op food stores.

As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing excellent service at the tills and on the shop floor, restocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness. We focus on making things fairer for our members and communities, supporting your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing, and helping you through various life events.
What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, putting customers first by responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
2. Support your colleagues to solve problems and support customers and members.
3. Maintain store safety and legality by ensuring shelves are stocked, prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences to help everyone learn.
5. Get involved in supporting the local community through activities and events.
