Support Analyst – London - 365, Azure AD, In-Tune
£40K - £45K + Bonus + Bens

We’re looking for a Support Analyst / Support Engineer to join the enterprise InfraSec team of a P&C reinsurer in the City. From day one, you’ll support and maintain critical systems across a wide range of technologies, helping to ensure that their infrastructure remains secure, resilient and efficient.
This is a junior to mid role so experience wise, we’re looking for someone with 1 – 3yrs experience post-grad, no more than that. Also whilst technical ability is obviously important, we are looking for someone with the right attitude. Someone who wants to work hard, can take initiative, solve problems, has a passion for learning and can contribute to what is a very healthy team environment.
Candidate Profile
* A bright, motivated individual with a passion for technology
* Experience in an IT support or Service Desk role
* Experience of M365, Azure AD, SharePoint, Citrix
* Any exposure to InTune, ServiceNow, JIRA, PowerShell, Identity/Access Management would be beneficial
* Enthusiastic about using technology and creative thinking to solve complex problems
* Highly organised, proactive and a collaborative team player
* Keen to learn and grow within a fast-paced technical environment
* Strong customer service and communication skills, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting
