8:15am – 3:30pm

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our vibrant and inclusive primary school community in Fleet. This is a full-time, term-time only role, ideal for someone looking to work within a caring and collaborative school setting.
What You'll Do:
* Support individual pupils or small groups with a range of educational needs
* Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
* Foster a safe, positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff, SENCo, and external specialists
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
* A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for supporting young learners
* Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEND support (desirable)
