We're recruiting a Production Coordinator to join our Light Turbines team based in Dyce, Aberdeen. This role plays a key part in supporting both our Light Turbines facility and the wider EthosEnergy organisation.
Job Responsibilities
* Build all the associated paperwork books (inspection, assembly & disassembly)
* Control ad hoc release of build/strip paperwork as required
* Collate all the paperwork at the end of build
* Archive job paperwork
* Assist with the updating and on-going development of the Document Control Database including: Non Conformance Reports, Material Transfer Requests and Environmental Input and Aspects
* Administration of the compilation of quotemaster for each of the customer units post inspection disposition report, and timely distribution to Commercial Operations
* Raise Purchase Requisitions from disposition report/quotemaster for each customer unit, and timely submission to Supply Chain
* Accurate creation of inventory requests for capital parts/kits and consumable parts, and timely submission to Stores
* Any other general administration duties as required
Required Skills / Knowledge
* Proven high levels of customer interfacing skill- both internally and externally
* Ability to effectively plan and prioritise
* Effective organisational skills
* Demonstrate the ability to operate in a structured and logical manner
* Competent in Microsoft packages and ERP systems
* Ability to work independently on own initiative and as part of a team involved in a culture of continuous improvement
* Good interpersonal/communication skills essential
* Behaviours that match with the company ethos and vision
* High sense of responsibility, ethics and honesty
Experience
* Previous experience in document control
* Competent in Microsoft packages and ERP systems
Education Requirements
* Minimum of Standard Grades (or equivalent) preferably in English and Mathematics
