A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Service Coordinator to join our Association. The Service Coordinator will be based in our offices in Buxton and High Peak.

The primary purpose of this project is to provide support to people with multiple and complex needs as part of an accommodation based service.
The post holder is responsible for developing and delivering a person centred support package that is tailored to suit the needs of each individual accessing the service.
The support should assist service users in developing the skills required to build resilience to maintain independent living and move on into permanent housing.
You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos.Please see the job description for more information.

Salary £21,512.40 per annum dependent on experience for 30 hours per week,
