Responsibilities As a Support Worker, youll assist the individuals we support to live fulfilling, independent lives. Your day-to-day duties will include: Encouraging and empowering individuals to reach their full potential Promoting safety, wellbeing, and dignity at all times and ensuring compliance with company and sector legislation including safeguarding Supporting access to the community, hobbies, and social activities Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care Working collaboratively with a supportive team on a rota basis Ensure best practice is followed by following guidelines with the care given to the young people. Carry out domestic tasks to maintain the upkeep of the home and ensure health and safety is followed.
