The Opportunity The organisation is an established operator with decades of heritage, a strong brand, and deep relationships across major sporting venues, live events, and large-scale hospitality environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and unite a senior executive team around a clear, measurable multi-year strategy Own full P&L responsibility and drive sustainable, profitable growth Strengthen operational consistency, governance, and performance management Lead digital and data transformation to support better decision-making and scalability Build and deepen Tier 1 client, venue, and brand partnerships Champion safety, compliance, and exceptional customer experience at scale Act as an external ambassador for the business across sport, events, and hospitality Transformation & Growth Focus Modernising structures, systems, and processes Driving innovation across payments, data, and technology Expanding hospitality and premium event experiences Supporting procurement strategy and selective M&A activity Embedding continuous improvement across the organisation People & Culture Build a high-performing, accountable executive leadership team Strengthen succession planning and leadership depth Create a culture of trust, empowerment, and delivery Balance pace and ambition with care for people and standards Background & Experience You are likely to bring: CEO or senior executive experience in a complex, multi-site, multi-division business Strong commercial and financial leadership, with deep P&L ownership A track record of leading transformation and growth Experience operating at Board level with credibility and gravitas Exposure to live events, hospitality, sport, logistics, or adjacent sectors A leadership style that combines clarity, energy, and humility Personal Style Commercially sharp but people-first Comfortable leading through change and complexity Trusted, visible, and values-led Able to honour heritage while driving progress Package A competitive executive package is available, including base salary, performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
