We are seeking a Primary Class Teacher who is passionate about providing outstanding teaching and learning, and who thrives in a collaborative educational setting. This is a full-time, on-site role as a Primary Class Teacher. You will be responsible for lesson planning, delivering high-quality education, effectively communicating with students and colleagues, and promoting a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment.
Plan and deliver stimulating lessons for ages 7-11.
Supervise teaching assistants.
Provide quality feedback to ensure student progress.
Develop literacy skills and maintain high behaviour standards.
Plan lessons with the Deputy Head of Teaching and Learning.
Use assessments to monitor progress and set targets.
Communicate regularly with parents.
Maintain accurate student data.
Identify and implement intervention strategies.
