Job Description
Our client is a well-established international manufacturer of food equipment. As Territory Manager, you'll take ownership of sales and customer development across the UK and Ireland. You'll be the face of the brand-identifying opportunities, delivering consultative solutions, and driving revenue growth while strengthening market presence.
This is a national role covering the UK and Ireland. This role does NOT offer sponsorship and they do require a full right to work in the UK and ability to travel.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the territory to exceed sales and margin targets
* Developing and executing a strategic Territory Plan
* Building strong relationships with customers, agents, and distributors
* Supporting partners and sharing market insights with the wider European sales team
* Staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity
* Representing the brand with professionalism and cultural awareness
What You'll Bring

1. Experience within food processing, capital equipment sales and a technical background
2. Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
3. Technically capable and confident proposing engineered solutions
