Senior Corporate Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and win new corporate clients through outreach, networking, attend industry events and leveraging existing relationships
* Develop and deliver strategic sales plans to meet growth targets, including at least six in-person client meetings per month
* Attend face-to-face client meetings (min. 6 per month)
* Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to identify further opportunities across utilities and sustainability services.
* Proactively manage contract renewals, upselling where relevant and ensuring continued client satisfaction.
* Maintain a consultative approach to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
* Mentor junior sales team members, share best practices, and help foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture
Key Skills:
* Proven track record in B2B energy sales with experience of at least 2 years either in a broker or supplier environment. Water desirable
* A natural hunter with a strong track record of winning new business and building relationships
* Skilled in building, managing, and expanding corporate client relationships
* Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and the confidence to engage at C-suite
* Strong team player who believes in helping others improve, sharing success, and driving a collective performance culture
* Excellent communicator, highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple deadlines
* Full, clean driver's licence

Salary: £Negotiable with Uncapped Competitive Commission
