Role & Responsibilities
Music Production
1. Creative for all music and audio, including fully produced soundtracks, for experiences in the leisure and attractions industry. Recording, editing mixing and mastering the content created.
2. Develop and support creative visions and development processes for new audio/music experiences/programs from ideation to execution.
3. Develop unique and out-of-the box instrumental music experiences.
4. Support the production and post-production of audio/music for a variety of shows and experiences as well as choosing repertoire across programs.
5. Work collaboratively with other members of the Land, Sea, Sports and Design talent.
6. Create close partnerships across the company to work as a cohesive team and identify new opportunities for growth.
Music Playback (Sports)
7. File and add to a global music catalogue - organising, tagging, and maintaining a diverse, high-quality database for live event use.
8. Research, select, and build bespoke music sets tailored to brand tone, sports energy, cultural context, and audience dynamics.
9. Edit and optimise audio tracks for live playback (using DAWs such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro X or Ableton).
10. Load and test tracks into playback systems to ensure seamless operation.
11. Collaborate with creative and production teams to define the sonic identity of shows and competition sessions.
12. Stay current with music trends, genres, and cultural shifts - constantly offering new and relevant ideas.
13. Undertake training where necessary to become proficient in any new music management tools or playback systems adopted by the team.
Install, Playback & Organization
14. Travel on site to install audio content and audio design to client’s specifications.
15. Act as the playback operator/DJ for events globally.
16. Support and train playback operators at multi-venue events.
17. Organizing the companies file storage solutions relating to audio and music material and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience
18. BA or BFA in Music Technology, Music and Audio, Sound, Music Technology, Music Direction or comparable work experience.
19. Knowledge of Pro Tools, Logic, Ableton and postproduction plugins and software essential.
20. Have a vast knowledge of popular music repertoire.
21. Knowledge of acoustic and electric instruments for production.
22. Knowledge of recording studios and processes.
23. Have a strong understanding of recording and mixing techniques.
24. Deep passion for music across genres, with cultural awareness of how music enhances sport, performance, and live storytelling. Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding attention to detail.
25. Experience in DJing or live music mixing, with confidence in selecting and blending tracks that suit the energy and timing of the moment.
26. Independent worker with capacity for multi-tasking.
27. Understanding of live show conditions and the use of communications systems, Time Code and Q-Lab, is a plus.
28. Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
29. Must be proficient in Excel and MS Office applications.
30. A flexible schedule allowing for approximately up to 50% international travel.
